Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this dual role will support the CEO with administrative tasks and manage office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. As Daiya’s EA & Office Manager you have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Known as a ‘go to’ person across our Senior Leadership team, you are flexible, adaptable and strive for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and itineraries for the C-suite team ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently and within budget.

Support the broader Senior Leadership Team with travel arrangements, expense management, and other tasks as assigned.

With directly with the Office & Admin Coordinator to ensure integrity across supplies, orders, and general inquires. Support the reception area as needed to help ensure a welcoming client and employee experience.

Organize and maintain CEO's files, records, and confidential information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

In collaboration with People & Culture, plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO and the Director of People & Culture.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

2-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives, interacting with Board of Directors and high-level customers required.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Superb customer service skills.

Experience with office management responsibilities is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The pay range for this position is from $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent team members may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
