We are hiring a Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) in our Herndon, VA office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or the office for the remaining 3 days of the week.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

Work with Heads of Marketing, to plan and execute both global and regional marketing initiatives with a key focus on demand generation.

Set up and execute campaigns, including Pardot and Salesforce campaign management, development of email content and social media, sales enablement and lead nurture programs.

Plan and execute strategic events ranging from large user conferences to high-touch experiences (roundtables, networking events etc.) that support business goals.

Collaborate with sales team and content team to develop customer success stories.

Build a strong relationship with sales and participate in regular sales meetings.

Work with Marketing Operations on a range of activities including tracking and reporting on campaigns and key KPIs.

Manage the EMEA marketing budget.

Brief and work with external agencies and the internal marketing studio to generate campaign assets as needed.

Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team, ensuring EMEA market needs are addressed in global activities. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

B2B marketing experience

Degree qualified in Business or Marketing

Proven experience in effectively utilising digital marketing platforms and programs, including marketing automation such as Pardot and Salesforce.

Proficient in office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

A self-starter with a track record that demonstrates you are highly organised, with the ability to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.

Proactive in your communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel, within the region and sometimes globally, in line with the needs of an international company.
