Job Responsibilities

Manage a team of HCM Analysts.

Oversee various Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, and Payroll

Ensure continuous optimization and adherence to the Workday HCM roadmap

Manage security architecture and define access to data

Ensure compliance with security frameworks and update security groups based on business process modifications

Troubleshoot integration errors between Workday and internal/external business application

Configure the annual Open Enrollment and Compensation cycles

Configure merit matrix and compensation planning module

Regularly upload and validate various data sets into Workday modules

Manage bulk uploads such as compensation pay ranges, and organizational changes

Conduct quarterly audits of access in collaboration with our internal IT Security team or external auditors.

Manage dashboards and worklets within Workday

Stay informed about regular Workday updates and outages

Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, related major or equivalent work experience

Minimum 7 years’ experience in a progressive public accounting firm, professional services, human resources or corporate office environment

Minimum 4 years’ experience of HRIS/Workday experience (including Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework)

Experienced in supporting Workday Integrations and possessing a technical development background.

Advanced skills in Workday Studio, APIs, XML, and XSLT, and interaction with SOAP and ReST-based web services, EIB, Core Connectors, use of RaaS, Integration Security, Calculated Fields and Workday Business Process Framework.

Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data-related inquiries

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Workday certifications are preferred

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $104,000-$150,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
