Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring all legal affairs within the organization.
Handle both internal and external legal concerns, and are tasked with doing anything to keep the company out of legal trouble.
Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communication, and coordinates activities among two or more people, agencies, or organizations.
Act as technical or subject matter experts for the person, agency, or organization they represent.
Ensure the confidentiality of all the documents, contracts, and data.
Qualifications:
The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Political Science or equivalent.
Leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must have at least two (2) years of experience as a legal or liaison officer.
Willing to be assigned in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental.
