We have an opening with our Workforce Supervisor position. This will be a work onsite with shifting schedules in Ortigas.
Core Responsibilities:
Managing the delivery team of the process not limiting to RTAs but may also include Scheduling & Planning
Managing/designing KRA’s for the team to align with the overall process requirement
Directly responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships (internal & external)
Manage Service Level & Abandon, Shrinkages, Schedule & Break adherence
Need to be well versed with scheduling, planning & forecasting methodology
You should possess:
2-3 years Experience in Workforce Management
Experience with forecasting and scheduling
Supervisory Experience handling Lead RTA or Lead WF.
Experience in handling All LOB(EMAIL, Chat, Voice)
MS Excel Savvy
