1. Do job advertisement, recruitment and staffing.
2. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
3. Conduct orientation to new hires and update internal database with the new hire information.
4. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, employee documents, etc.
5. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
6. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
7. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
8. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BSc in Human Resources Management, Pschology or relevant field
2. Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role for at least one (1) year.
3. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
4. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
5. Organizational skills
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
