Geologist

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Geoscience or any related field- Proven experience as a geologist-Familiarity with environmental regulations-Good knowledge of the attributes of ores, soil, minerals and other materials

-Excellent knowledge of geology and geological factors of the specified location.

-Great technical ability to design mappings of geological data, and use geological databases and software.Duties and Responsibilities:-Survey sites and create logs (e.g. borehole)-Gather and analyze geological data-Examine the composition of samples and specimens-Write reports on findings-Study sites for developments, formations, hazards, and composition-Design topographical and geological maps.-Provide geological assessments and advice-Conduct frequent training sessions with staff regarding investigations and data interpretation.
