Graduate of Civil Engineering complete with Diploma
Preferably licensed
Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
Two to Three years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site.
Advance proficiency in MS Office Applications; Autocad Skills
Able to read and understand complex construction drawings.
Budget management experience required
Familiarity with developing a Site Safety Plan
Excellent Leadership Quality and Track Records
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations.
Discuss plans with concern departments before mobilization.
Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
Conduct staff performance reviews
Maintain and adhere to departmental budget
Review and approve project plans
Address and report all concerns including incidents like damages, wrong specifications, safety and others within 24 hours or less to the Management.
Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards.
Ensure compliance accross the worksite
Review all project contracts before submitting to Management
Answer inquiries from potential project partners
Mediate on-site conflicts.
Prepare and submits regular progress reports to the Management.
