Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Training and OD Supervisor on behalf of a leading fashion distribution and retail company. This position, based in Makati, Metro Manila, will report to the HR & Admin Head and follows a hybrid work set-up (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH) with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities:Organization Development:
Monitor and evaluate OD interventions, gathering insights for improvement.
Promote employee communication and feedback through suggestion programs, surveys, and focus groups.
Assist in Organization/Job design/redesign, job description analysis, and competency incorporation.
Training and Development:
Identify training requirements through needs analysis and performance review.
Design and implement sales training aligned with company goals.
Maintain a pool of trainers and subject matter experts.
Coordinate training logistics and documentation.
Career Planning and Management Development:
Design specialized development programs for priority core positions.
Coordinate classroom training schedules and evaluation.
Assist in performance assessment report preparation and feedback for managers.
Recruitment:
Facilitate recruiting activities such as job fairs and university career placement.
Direct sourcing and screening initiatives.
Ensure recruitment process compliance and update hiring processes.
Maintain recruitment documentation.
Key qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
Basic training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations is preferred.
Retail operations and marketing knowledge.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training, and Recruitment, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Effective oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
