JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensure that basic healthcare services is provided to employees on a day to day basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As a member of the Company’s Safety Committee, ensures the development and
implementation of company-wide Health and Safety Programs.
2. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and administers appropriate over the counter
medication to employees.
3. Leads the conduct of the annual physical examination, in order to assess the health risks and
the prevention and treatment of illness or injuries of employees.
4. Promotes health and wellness program.
5. Visits project sites to observe safety practices and make recommendation to the Safety
Committee as necessary.
6. Manages and resolves issues and concerns or escalates to head of department accordingly.
7. Collaborates with other internal departments for manpower requisition and other human
resources related concern.
8. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
9. Maintains the confidentiality of files and related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Registered Nurse
2. With at least two (2) years related work experience in a hospital, or govt. or private company
set up.
3. With FIRST AID training certification.
4. Willing to go out on field as required.
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. BOSH/KOSH certification is preferred but not required.
7. Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams.
8. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
9. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
10. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
