Area Supervisor/Area Trainer

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.

Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.

Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows.

Distribute flyers, warranty card, wobbler and posters.

Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the area.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Train brand promoters on proper work procedures.

Design specific training programs that target promoters’ skill gaps and increase their productivity.

Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to adhere Company’s guidelines

At least 1–2-year experience in sales (mobile phones-Dealers of smart phones)

Detail oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a rapid changing, fast paced environment

Effective communication and time management skills

Willing to work field (Mall based) - Western Visayas
