As a Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support through multiple communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Phone Answering: Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance, answering queries, and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.

• Chat Support: Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, providing detailed and helpful solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and a positive customer experience.

• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• College Level; additional education is a plus.

• With at least 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and navigate between phone, chat, and email support seamlessly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.

Summary of role requirements:

Flexible hours available

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

Working rights required for this role

Expected salary: 18,000 - 23,000 per month
