I. Primary Function:

· Payroll report preparation, ensure it is done on time

In-charge with the government regulatory compliances related to payroll – SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Report Preparation

a) Headcount analysis and source data

b) Review of payroll reports in the system submitted by the staff

c) Government Payment Schedule of Payment

2. Process Clark Rank & File Payroll

a) Receives, Checks & Answer Employees Payroll Complaints.

b) Computation of Prior Pay period Adjustments.

c) Printing of Payslip for distribution in each Dept. Clerks.

3. Review of All Related Payroll Reports & Submit to Gov’t Agencies The Data

a) SSS Contributions & Loans

b) Pag ibig Contributions & Loans

c) Philhealth Contributions

d) Withholding Tax (submit to Tax Accountant)

4. Report and Record Responsibilities

a) Monitoring of Employees Advances (e.g. E-Loan, Advances etc.)

b) Ensure that the actual expenses related to payroll reconciles with the amount in the trial balance.

c) Approver of JE’s, PR, PMR submit by staff

5. Process Resigned Employees Entitlements.

a) Checking of prepared cheques & monitor fund in the bank for payment to resigned employees.

6. Treasury Coordination

a) Preparation of Letter of Instruction of done forward deals for signature of ED’s and coordination with the branch bank and head office.

b) Monitoring of documents

7. Review and Oversee Payroll Staff works and tasks

8. Custody of scrap gold wire collected from different lines (Record with AR).

9. Backtrack Philhealth Data as per Government required for On-Line (start 2014 backward).

10. Preparation of Other Reports as Mandated by my Superiors.

11. Any other task that may assign from time to time.
