As a CINEMA OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE MANAGER, you will be responsible in handling the following:
Supervision of the overall cinema and snack bar operations
Ensures functionality and efficiency of cinema equipment and maintenance of facilities
Responsible for the implementation of standard operating procedures, company rules and regulations, and training of personnel under his supervision
Monitors daily sales of the cinema and snack bar and prepares corresponding reports
Recommends booking policies and strategies in coordination with the corporate booking manager
Handles customer queries, concerns and complaints
Preparation of the annual budget for both cinema and snack bar and reviews budget performance
The candidate for this position must have/be:
A Bachelor's/College degree in Business management, Operations management, Marketing or equivalent
At least 2-3 years relative work experience
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, good communication skills, and able to multi-task
Willing to work on weekends, and holidays
