Job Responsibilities:

· Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits

· Meet quota and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment

· Provide excellent customer service to customers and professionals

· Provide customers with a positive service experience

· Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards

Qualifications:

· At least K12 Graduate or 2 years in college completed with no back subjects

· For high school graduate’s minimum 6 months of call center experience is required in one company

· With average to excellent communication skills

· Must be willing to work on site in Cyberpark, Cubao

Recruitment Center:

Lower Ground Floor, Cyberpark 2, Araneta Cubao, Quezon City Mondays to Fridays 11am - 8pm
