ITSoftware Specialist (SAP)

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in relevant software modules. Investigate and diagnose issues, leveraging system knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.

• Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and support user adoption activities for new developments and modifications.

• Provide timely resolution of bugs or escalation to higher support levels as needed.

• Analyze recurring incidents to identify underlying problems.

• Conduct root cause analysis and determine corrective actions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any other related course.

Two (2) or more years’ experience in any SAP product is required

SAP Programming experience is a plus

• Analytical, result-oriented, team player, fast learner and dynamic.

• Can work with minimum supervision.

• Working knowledge in information security and data protections.

• Ability to apply security control in translating technical design to coding.

• Thorough; demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willing to learn the full cycle of S4hana and configurations.
