KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the Client's Needs: Begin by conducting a thorough consultation with the seller to understand their goals, timeline, and any specific requirements they have for the sale of their property.

Customer-Oriented Approach: Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the current trends, pricing dynamics, and demand for properties in the area. Analyze past sales data and comparable properties to determine the optimal pricing strategy.

Property Presentation and Marketing: Use high-quality and professionally designed marketing materials to showcase the property in its best light. Utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels, including social media, real estate websites, print advertising, and signage.

Networking and Collaboration: Build relationships with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. Collaborate with them to ensure a smooth transaction process and to provide clients with access to trusted professionals when needed.

Client Education: Keep clients informed about legal guidelines, market rates, property specifications, and availability. Provide them with regular updates throughout the selling process and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Negotiation and Mediation: Act as a mediator during negotiations between sellers and buyers, ensuring fair and transparent communication. Advocate for your client's best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Legal Documentation: Draft and complete important legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all parties involved understand the terms and conditions of the transaction.

Property Appraisal: Conduct thorough property appraisals by researching the market and analyzing past purchases. Provide sellers with an accurate assessment of their property's value based on current market conditions.

Open Houses and Property Showings: Organize open houses and private showings to allow potential buyers to view the property firsthand. Be prepared to answer any questions and address concerns they may have.

Follow-up and Feedback: Gather feedback from potential buyers and provide timely updates to sellers. Adjust marketing strategies or pricing as needed based on market feedback and trends.

Office Management: Maintain organized office systems, including file management, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming inquiries. Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained.

By following these steps and remaining knowledgeable about the market and best practices in real estate, you can effectively promote properties and facilitate successful transactions for your clients.

QIALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker or Sales Associate.

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

Good knowledge of market research techniques and database management.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.

Exquisite communication and people skills.

Experience working in the real estate industry preferably from a developer.
