Technical Engineer (Learning Solutions with teaching experience

Note: Our office is located in Cruzville Subd., Zabarte Road, Novaliches, QC. Our work schedule is Mondays to Saturdays, 8AM to 5PM.

This role will be office based (located in Novaliches, QC).

We're seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy individual to join our team as a Technical/Product Specialist, specializing in the education sector. You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative products and the needs of schools. We are seeking for individials with expertise in the following engineering/fields:

Agricultural Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Civil Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver impactful training programs for educators on our diverse product portfolio.

Craft compelling technical specifications and proposals to win new clients.

Conduct engaging product presentations at events and within the HPI Training Hub.

Champion product adoption through workshops, seminars, and technical consultations.

Manage product repairs, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.

Research and develop effective promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, etc.).

Stay ahead of the curve by conducting product application research and industry analysis.

Collaborate with FAE's and executives to package and promote product lines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience.

Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.

Strong understanding of educational technology and its applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Bonus points:

Experience working with schools and educational institutions.

Familiarity with our product line or similar technologies.

Bilingual or multilingual skills.
