Business Development Manager Travel Nurse Staffing

Business Development role is to create and maintain positive

relationships with healthcare entities across the USA in order to enhance patient care through.

travel healthcare staffing and executive search.

Essential Functions:

Prospect and contact new Hospitals and outpatient clinics to determine any staffing shortages for

local and travel employees

Through referrals, various lead sources, marketing ‘Hot Candidates,’ and cold contacts

develop an ongoing strong network of Hospitals/ Outpatient Facilities.

Communicate, understand, and develop a relationship with various hospitals. Covering all

areas of needs, contract, hospital requirements, and billing.

Work daily with Healthcare recruiters to match and present qualified health care professionals.

for placement in developed job openings based on hospital needs.

Organize potential candidates for openings based on loyalty, quality, and value to Tactstaff

Assist Operations staff and healthcare recruiters in accessing, organizing, and sending pre-employment paperwork from placed candidates to facilities.

Ongoing follow up with current facilities prior to, during, and after temporary staff assignment.

Work with Operations staff and healthcare recruiters to help resolve any issues with temporary employees.

(personal or professional).

This position involves independent negotiations with hospitals and outpatient centers regarding bill rates.

This position also involves independent judgment in regard to the temporary healthcare personal for the qualification

process.

This position is largely based on independent judgment and Client Managers are viewed as a

single point of contact for our hospital and other healthcare clients

The scope of responsibility for this position is supervisory in nature.

Job Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree OR 2-3 years of strong sales experience in travel staffing.

Preferences:

Staffing Industry experience

Allied and Nursing experience

Medical field or terminology background

Sales background (commissions)
