Requirements

Current Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.

Proficient in performing non-invasive procedures such as blood draws.

Skilled in assisting with hair therapies such as Microneedling and PRP.

Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier care and customer service to patients and clients.

Capable of assessing patients to assist in customizing care plans under the supervision of medical staff.

Knowledge of medical software for patient record management and appointment scheduling.

Familiarity with maintaining and cleaning medical equipment used in cosmetic and therapeutic treatments.

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, team members, and healthcare professionals.

Strong attention to detail essential for medical procedures and accurate record-keeping.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where personalized care is a priority.

Must be a cooperative team player who can effectively support other healthcare staff.

High level of professionalism and discretion, appropriate for the upscale medspa setting.
