Trademark Paralegal

Trustpoint One is pleased to collaborate with a premier law firm in its search for a Trademark Paralegal in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Trademark Paralegal Job Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark portfolio management

U.S. trademark prosecution, including conducting CorSearch preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring application status

WIPO filings

Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance matters

Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark infringement activities

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of comprehensive US and foreign trademark paralegal experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong initiative and problem-solving ability

Commitment to facilitating efficient processes and procedures

Paralegal certificate/degree preferred

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

Qualified paralegals should submit a resume in Word format.
