The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring our office runs efficiently. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is results-driven, reliable, and can assist with our operational needs. This role will report to the Regional Director of Sales.
General Accountabilities
· Work with the Broker, and regional management in the onboarding of new agents by processing all required documentation by the state Department of Business and Professional Regulation, (license activations, renewals, and off boardings.)
· Responsible for maintaining accurate/compliant information of the ongoing agent roster
· Filter all incoming/outgoing referrals for accuracy and compliance.
· Onboarding of all new agents
· Performing spot checks on agent’s MLS activity to ensure all listing documents are compliant
· All transfers paperwork, referral agreements for incoming agents and paperwork
· Responsible for the upkeeping of MLS fees/dues for the broker
· Responsible for new board memberships/paperwork/fees, etc.
· Assist agents in the uploading, management, processing, and payments related to transactions.
· Review all IDX requests and forward them to the broker for approval
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge of SERHANT. ecosystem tools, resources, and technology
· Champion agent proficiency and effective use of company systems
· Conduct training on skills improvement with respect to internal systems, resources & technology
· Promotes SERHANT. internal services in Studios, Ventures, and ID Labs

Job Qualifications
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficient in project management software (ClickUp, or similar)
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Familiarity with real estate business and financial principles
Skills
