Job Requirements

Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, minimum accuracy of 90% both alpha & numeric

Exceptional analytical skills(investigative nature, inquisitiveness and adaptability to environment)

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Clean and clear written and oral communicative skills

Ability to project a confident, clear and professional telephone presence

Must be used to a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instruction/direction well

Knowledge and ability to navigate basic computer functions: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel

Work availability during assigned shifts is a must.

Previous office / customer service experience preferred

SCHEDULES:

Saturday & Sunday 4pm - 10pm

Mon - Fri 4pm - 8pm

Saturday & Sunday 4pm - 9pm

Saturday & Sunday 11am - 5pm

Saturday & Sunday 4p-9p

Sundays Only 9am - 1pm

Saturdays Only 2pm - 6pm

Sundays Only 11am - 4pm

Mon & Tues 4pm - 6pm

Saturdays Only 11am- 4pm

Sat, Sun, Mon 4pm - 9pm

Saturdays Only 3pm - 8pm
