Electronic Assembler

We are currently seeking a skilled mid-level Electronic Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

Experience with soldering.

Familiarity with a variety of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors.

Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Strong communication skills

Basic computer skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.

Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and optimize assembly procedures.

Fabricate or modify parts using machine shop equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
