Residential Porter

Location: New York, NY (on-site)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $21/HR

Summary

You'll act as an on-call Porter, greeting guests, cleaning common areas and handling the upkeep of the building.

Responsibilities

Greet and communicate with residents as needed

Sweep and mop floors, lobbies, entryways, hallways, and stairwells

Ensure a clean and orderly environment for tenants

Remove and dispose of trash using a trash compactor

Deliver packages to apartments when needed

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience in a large building

3+ days of open availability per week (Mon - Sun)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long durations
