Hope you are doing great. We have an urgent FullTime requirement of Sr. Account Director.

Role: Sr. Account Director

Location: REMOTE

Duration : Long Term

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Financial Services, preferably in the Insurance (P&C) domain.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in selling Digital & Technology outsourcing services into Financial Services and should have 5+ years of client partner and sales experience with an IT outsourcing firm selling Digital, Cloud, Testing, App Dev/Support Consulting & Managed Services.

Skill and Experience Requirements

The candidate should have demonstrated a consistent over-achievement of QoQ and YoY sales revenue growth. They should have at least 5 years of experience selling IT services, preferably working in an IT services & products firm, with prior experience of working in global delivery models. The candidate should have demonstrated thought leadership and understanding of Insurance Markets / P&C. They should be a proactive Dealmaker and have an excellent ability to create and nurture C-level relationships.

The candidate should also have experience with vendor selection processes, including RFI and RFP issuance and response management. They should have an understanding of customer decision-making criteria as they pertain to offshore services, consulting, and enterprise solutions. The candidate should have the ability to maintain a strong sales management focus during sales cycles and demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at leading Financial Services Companies.

Minimum qualifications:

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business. They should have proven and demonstrable experience in scaling existing mature/strategic accounts, and must be able to manage and execute a 2-3X revenue growth strategy for the account.
