REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR EVENING & NIGHT SHIFT& WEEKENDS

Woodhaven Nursing Home is looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor to fulfill the 3pm to 11pm shift and also 11pm to 7am shift including weekends.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising the Nursing Staff to ensure the operational standards of the facility are met

Initiates and assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that govern the Nursing Services in collaboration with appropriate services

Demonstrates adequate appropriate documentation in the resident's record, follows documentation requirements, policy, procedure

Makes rounds on nursing unit daily

Treats residents and their families with respect and dignity. Identifies and addresses psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs of residents and their families

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must have a current NYS Nursing License

Experienced or newly licensed applicants welcome

Mid Level (3-6 years)
