Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting the i9 Sports brand identity within Chesterfield County. Reporting directly to our Marketing Director, you'll spearhead guerrilla marketing efforts, including the distribution of flyers, placement of road signs, and hosting in-person registration events. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, educating them about our diverse programs and services while actively contributing to the expansion of our membership and registration base.

Responsibilities

Implement guerrilla marketing strategies to raise awareness of i9 Sports within the local community.

Distribute flyers and other promotional materials in strategic locations to maximize visibility.

Strategically place road signs to attract attention and drive traffic to registration events.

Host in-person registration events, engaging with attendees to provide information about our programs and services.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.

Maintain a strong understanding of i9 Sports programs and offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Actively contribute to the growth and development of our membership and registration base.

Provide regular reports and feedback to the Marketing Director on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for community engagement.

Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Familiarity with guerrilla marketing tactics is a plus.

Must have reliable transportation.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
