Wabash Center comes from humble beginnings. The origin of the organization can be traced to a core group of families with children who had special needs. Today, Wabash Center has grown into a comprehensive service provider for those with disabilities or special needs that is leading the way to supporting individuals in their pursuit of quality of life for them and their families.

Our Program Manager directly supervises Supported Living Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals to ensure all departmental objectives are met such as, but not limited to: quality service provision, budget adherence, staff training, compliance with all rules and regulations related to documentation and service provision, and essentially oversee all services at Wabash Center's service sites.
Here is what you can do for Wabash Center as our Program Manager:
Provide leadership to our Direct Support Professionals and Supported Living Supervisors
Support the scheduling process for shifts coverage
Assess, instruct and train in Activities of Daily Living (cooking, household task, money management, basic functional academics, and social and leisure time skills)
Bring your experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or relevant residential experience
Have a valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation
Able to write reports and document observations and activities

Requirements
High school degree / GED preferred. Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field or education preferred.
At least 1 year of direct support service experience and/or working with intellectual disabilities
Valid Driver's License, transportation, proof of insurance and acceptable driving record
