Description:

Leverages technical expertise and strategic mindset to be successful. Has different percentages of work across analytics & insights, data strategy & activation, platform integration & activation, business & technology innovation, and leadership.

Digital media, activating digital media brand building platforms to meet the needs of the business (digital presence, social CRM, DTC, Programmatic, etc.), leading and managing innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in a business (Iot, new data sets, new platforms, etc.), and prioritizing & translating business requirements to system requirements which also adhere to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.

Engages seamlessly across the marketing and media organizations typically at the brand manager and associate brand director level. Typically covers a regional business.

Must have:

Digital Ad Buying experience (Google PPC, Client Ads, Programmatic, and other social and social platforms)

Email Marketing

Experience with iterative testing

Google Analytics experience (analyzing data and using analysis to optimize acquisition tactics)

Understanding of how website tagging works

Nice to haves:

Copywriting

eRetail Search Ad Buying

Experience driving DTC Sales

Google Tag Manager

SEO

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
