Appian Solution Architect

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust Appian applications.

Design, develop, and implement Appian solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them throughout the Appian development lifecycle.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex Appian issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases.

Conduct performance evaluations and optimize Appian applications for improved speed and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Appian features and advancements, acting as a subject matter expert within the team.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and growth.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
