Piper Companies is searching for a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a fast-growing startup in Raleigh, NC. The Director of Enterprise Sales will create and execute the enterprise sales strategy focused on expanding market share and driving revenue growth across their territory.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute enterprise sales strategy
Train, mentor, and develop high performing sales teams
Cultivate strong client relationships and strategically align our solutions to meet their unique business needs/challenges
Drive revenue growth across assigned market segment
Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality customer experience
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert providing market analysis, identifying product trends, understanding customer needs and how to properly position our solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
Experience building and scaling sales teams in a SaaS environment
Start-up experience would be a plus
