Job Description
AEC is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to spearhead our company's process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven skillset in systems development, and a proven track record of leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
$80,000 to $100,000 salary; negotiable depending on experience.

Proven track record of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives.
Advanced software skills – Microsoft Office, Catia V5, Unigraphics, Pro-E, Solidworks, etc.
Experience in developing and implementing innovative production systems.
Management and Maintenance of Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) systems
Understanding of production setup
Addressing logistical challenges
Responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process or cycle
Aerospace structural fabrication, tooling, machining, flight hardware, and assembly knowledge Qualifications and Experience
7-10 years of experience in Master Production Scheduler role or similar
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Yellow Belt) certifications a plus
Previous experience in Manufacturing and production settings
Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience with SAP ORACLE EpicCore systems.
Proven track record of setting up/implementing production systems.
Addressing Logistical issues
Working cohesively with operations team
