PURPOSE:

Manages end-to-end delivery of team and internal projects from the initial kickoff to coordinating major launch milestones to maintaining and enhancing program performance over time. Guides clients through key decisions, communicates and coordinates activities internally and across departments. Works on new needs for process and improvements and identifies and articulates internal client needs to the technology team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

35% Coordinates with internal client and internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs. Guides internal clients through key decisions and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across network of partners.

10% Manages and updates Project Delivery Timeline, Issues/Action Items/Risks, Installation Checklist, and Shipping Register.

20% Identifies and articulates new customer needs to the technology team.

20% Manages all aspects of implementation including ordering applicable equipment, overseeing installation, assisting with and supporting of account creation, managing communications, and reconciling inventory upon completion.

15% Ensures and drives deliverables to completion per the implementation schedule.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Education Details: Business Management or related field

Experience: 10 years experience in a program operation roles with 3+ years in a program management capacity.

Technical Delivery Manager should have demonstrated delivery of large-scaled programs.

The Tech lead / TDM is responsible for overall implementation/delivery of the project. This may involve the delivery of systems with multiple development team. Work with all the development teams to develop Dev estimates for the defined scope of the project.

Engage solution partners (Data Architects/COEs/Security Architect/Solution Architects/Enterprise Architects/Disaster Recovery team).

Identify the impacted systems (this may involve applications outside of one value stream). Discuss requirements of security roles, with the Security Architecture team.

In Lieu of Education

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
