Business Analyst

Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.

WHAT WE DO:

We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

DTI has an immediate need for Business Analyst for a 1 year plus contract opportunity in New York NY.

Location: New York NY- Hybrid 3 days a week

Must work on W2

Start date - 11/1/2024

End date - 10/31/2025

Responsibilities:

Updates and develops annotated wire frames and service layer mapping

Collaborates with DEV Team to ensure alignment across all groups to business requirements

Analyzes and documents backend systems and data to develop systems requirements needs

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction

Supports creation of process diagrams and documentation, analysis of process gaps, and design of future-state organization capabilities

Supports analyst functions, including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives Skills:
