Industrial Pricing Manager

Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to lead our pricing strategy and process. As the Industrial Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for setting, maintaining, and monitoring pricing for the industrial business. You will direct and drive the overall pricing strategy and structure to maximize profitable growth by working closely with the executive, sales, marketing, and operational teams.
The Industrial Pricing Manager reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that the company's pricing strategies are aligned to the company's overall strategic goals
Manage and execute pricing strategies and tactics across product categories and customer channels
Implement and manage the price adjustment process within ERP and CRM systems
Identify and implement opportunities for pricing and business intelligence improvements
Create analytics on key components of pricing and product margin
Respond appropriately to competitor pricing challenges
Routinely challenge and validate the pricing architecture
Develop method for collecting competitive pricing information, pricing surveys, and other pricing intelligence
Serve as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from executive leadership, operations, marketing, and sales leadership
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing preferred
• 3-5 years of industrial pricing experience
• Experience setting new pricing processes and strategies
• B2B manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Power BI a plus
• Experience with HubSpot, SAP, and NetSuite a plus
• Driven, self-motivated
• Collaborative
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
