Assistant Project Manager- Land Development

Our latest endeavor involves the opening of a new office in Columbus, which we successfullly accomplished in April.

This growth has now brought us to Columbus and we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will help drive our new office's success moving forward.

What You'll Do: As an Assistant Project Manager in our Columbus office, you will: Manage a portfolio of private site plan projects Gain exposure to our vast portfolio of recognizable brand name clients in order to build and foster those relationships Perfect your technical site design knowledge and “hands on” site plan preparation experience in order to mentor and grow your own team of design professionals Receive training in the financial management aspects of project production, such as writing contracts, putting together proposals, managing budgets, etc.
