ATCS is seeking a highly motivated Practice Builder for our Land Development Engineering discipline to join our organization in Northern Virginia. This leadership role will be focused on business development targeting private sector clients. This individual will bolster ATCS' Land Development footprint in the NOVA region by winning projects with these new clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
Developing and nurturing land development client relationships in the Northern VA area
Identifying new project pursuits
Marketing ATCS' land development offerings
Developing proposals for new pursuits
Client and project management
Overseeing delivery of site development projects The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Expert collaborator and team builder Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management
Demonstrated history of technical expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional land development engineering
Professional licensure preferred
Existing strong relationships with private-sector builders, developers, landowners, and local agencies
Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to effectively oversee staff, projects, and multiple priorities
Expert in land development and permitting processing in jurisdictions throughout NOVA; with extensive experience in site development design and management of design staff.
Ability to travel as needed
