Responsibilities:

Entering catering orders into Chick-fil-A's internal system.

Filling out catering forms and accepting catering orders/payments.

Preparing delivery orders with necessary paper goods and condiments.

Execution of delivery orders while sustaining a good reputation with guests and organizations.

Leading and training team members to ensure efficient and accurate order preparation and delivery.

Overseeing the catering operations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

Coordinating with management to improve catering processes and customer satisfaction.

Handling escalated customer issues and providing effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be 18+ years or older.

Must have Saturday availability.

Must speak English fluently, or bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Must have open availability.

Must have previous catering experience.

Must have experience leading a team of at least 4-6 employees.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and be an active driver with a clean driving record.

Must be able to effectively communicate with English and/or Spanish speaking individuals.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
