Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at ODL, Inc., you will play a key role in developing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing team and outside vendors to create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email, and websites, to promote our products and services.

This position will work closely with other marketing team members to develop the content for strategic digital campaigns as well as working closely with internal teams and outside vendor partners to develop, utilize, and maintain other digital tools. Deliverables may include but are not limited to social media, blog, website, and email content, digital marketing and sales technology support, digital catalog support, image creation, and template design.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic and leads.

Manage corporate website(s), including creating and updating content and ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.

Create landing pages as needed to support marketing campaigns and drive conversions.

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement with our target audience.

Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Conduct keyword research and actively listen for industry trends to identify opportunities for SEO optimization.

Manage SEM (search engine marketing) campaigns to increase search engine visibility and drive targeted traffic.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling digital assets, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot to support sales and marketing initiatives. Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advertising and paid media, preferably in a B2B environment

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media advertising platforms, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

Proven experience with content management systems and marketing automation systems, HubSpot preferred.

Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce preferred.

Experience working with digital asset management, product information management, and other marketing technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
