Reports to: Sales Manager

The dispatcher provides wins for the customer, Welborn, and the team by committing themselves to their role and creative problem solving. Responsibilities:

Communicate and provide direction for customers and technicians several times a day.

Assigning calls to technicians based on specific criteria such as priority, skill level, or profitability.

Making profitable/logistical proactive decisions, and planning for success.

Proactively scheduling and rescheduling calls as necessary to maintain the schedule.

Processing the various form submissions from technicians, building calls, etc.

Consider the well-being and happiness of our technicians, team members, and customers. Qualifications:

18+ years of age

Ability to work any shift as assigned and on call as scheduled

Preferred: Know Outlook, SuccessWare, ADP, MS Office Suite, and iOS devices

Some level of sales/customer service experience preferred

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Work Behavior:

Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time

Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Must be able to sit and perform repetitive tasks using wrists, fingers, and hand movements for extended periods of time

Must be able to communicate effectively, problem solve, critically think, and multitask

Must be able to speak to customers over the phone for extended periods of time Working Conditions

Typical working hours range between 40-50+ hours/week

Rotating emergency shifts

Rotating weekend shifts
