Hourly Pay- $19.52

This is a fast-paced, in-office,position coordinating the transportation of railroad personnel.

Shifts - 8-hour shifts

Ability to maintain composure and provide customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues

Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner

Escalate issues to customer or field operations when needed

Ensure accuracy of trips taken and provide assistance as needed

Update systems timely and accurately

Professionally coordinate with all Field Management

All other job duties as assigned Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, attendance is critical. There's no time like the present, and no substitute for being present.

Good typing and 10-key skills

Good phone customer service skills

Able to work In-Office Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent
