Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for SMT Machine Operators in Manchester, NH! This is an exciting opportunity in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Temp to Hire Position

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

The SMT Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sets up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines

Work from process sheets or written instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks

Inspect components and PCBs for defects and quality issues

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process errors

Adjust machines while running a job if necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED

6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in manufacturing

Previous experience as an SMT Operator or in a similar role

Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, and work instructions

Good work ethic and team player
