Adobe Sign, Jira, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and APIs

Role Description:

Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide day-to-day tactical objectives•

Provide insights and contribute to the team's strategic direction.•

Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales and Engineering•

Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge of Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed.•

Build and test out solutions as part of POCs using technical skills with APIs, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, etc•

Compile findings and feedback on POCs and relay to internal teams in a professional manner•

Assist with key internal customer meetings•

Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist•

Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners Competencies: Digital : Node.js

Experience (Years): 4-6

Essential Skills:

Experience with Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, including understanding features, capabilities, and document workflows.

Technical Experience with APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript: Hands-on experience with these technologies is essential for building and testing solutions as part of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and integrating workflows.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to gather insights, analyze data, and draw conclusions from customer interviews and data.

Desirable Skills: Experience with Jira: Technical experience with Jira can be beneficial for managing projects and tracking progress, though it may not be essential for the role.

Ability to Work in a Global Environment: Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams is a valuable skill, as it involves collaborating effectively across different time zones and cultures.

Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing is a valuable skill for collaborating with internal customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
