Description

The Desktop Support Tech is being brought on to assist in transition and support activities post acquisition of the manufacturing facility. The project will be 3 months initially, but will likely continue all 2022.

This Desktop resource will be responsible for laptop encryption, and management of patching during this period. They will need to have Windows OS experience (desktop), Active Directory experience, an understanding of network security at the desktop level, O365 support, and password resets. This is a day shift, preferably an early riser like our current day shift tech who likes to come into the office early. Person will be dedicated to staffing our ‘end user computing’ genius bar and other team members will cover floats and sometimes afternoon.
