We continuously strive to make TruGreen an employer of choice and "a great place to work!" Position Overview The Corporate Public Relations Manager is a Senior Professional who drives the strategic direction for public relations initiatives and media planning.

Ensures that the organization carries cohesive messaging and consistency.

This role leads the corporate public relations development and execution of initiatives and represent the TruGreen brand across media, LinkedIn and external platforms.

The position reports to the Vice President, Communications.

Responsibilities Work with the VP of Communications and our PR agency to execute an external media strategy to promote TruGreen as an industry leader and growth company.

Oversee, support, and design our LinkedIn strategy including promoting our Executives as thought leaders, posting activities, writing blogs and elevating our image and credibility to attract new talent and retain and engage with the talent we have.

Respond to media relations requests that come through our media line and our PR firm as well as any crisis communications.

Work with our leaders in the field to support and promote our Community Engagement activities.

Offer public relations support to our ESG team for events, press release and government affairs.

Work with Brand and Products team to support promotional events and partnerships.

Design and execute our TruGreen Newsroom on our external website.

Assist our Internal Communications and Event planning teams with communications and activities.

Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications ideally with large consumer brands, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience leading Agency relationships and managing cross-agency teams.

Experience with traditional and digital marketing, strategy development, and market research Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to operate with autonomy through competing priorities, ambiguity, and still deliver on the goals of your team and the broader organization.

Strong technical skills with web-based tools and intermediate to advanced proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite Take charge mentality with a serious commitment to accountability and ownership.

Ability to drive down to the root cause and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners to develop the best strategy.

Detail-oriented, highly motivated with a strong work ethic and quality orientation.

Pay Ranges$65,979.00 - $109,965.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.

Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.

Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.

The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.

An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.

In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
