Business Systems Manager -Oracle Finance

THE ROLE:

Prefer 15 + years of relevant experience.

8 + years working with Oracle Cloud ERP in Finance modules, Oracle EPM

5 + years of IT management experience managing systems supporting ERP, Budgeting, Finance Reporting, Business Intelligence, HR and Expense Management systems.

Partners with Finance to establish and maintain SOX computer systems compliance.

Oversee ITGC elements of SOX compliance including coordination with internal/external auditors on quarterly and annual reviews SKILLS

Expert knowledge of business systems processes within the manufacturing industry, including Record-to-Report (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Order-to-Cash (Order management, Fulfillment, Accounts Receivable), Procure-to-Pay (Direct Procurement, Receiving and Accounts Payable) Plan-to-Manufacture (Manufacturing, Inventory and Cost Management).

Expert knowledge of Oracle's Cloud ERP Configuration for Finance Modules

Excellent mentoring skills for developing subordinate staff.

Expert knowledge of and ability to put into practice commonly used SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).

Lead large scale or complex business systems and application upgrades/ enhancement development and installations

Define cost and time estimates for implementation/development projects

Provide Level 1 support for the applications in the portfolio
