Why we need you:CSH is seeking an intern to work with the Administrative Coordination department. The Administrative Coordination (AC) team serves as an integral business partner to Program, HR, IT and Finance departments. Through systems coordination, this team creates bridges between processes and outcomes. The AC team promotes quality by ensuring that teams across CSH are aware of tools, processes, systems and forms that contribute to seamless deployment of our products and services.
In this role, an intern will gain experience in survey data management as well as build knowledge in NetSuite, DocuSign, Zoom and various Microsoft systems and workforce applications.
A candidate for this role should demonstrate their ability to learn and develop professionally within a team environment, while also being able to work individually on special projects.

Time Commitment: Maximumof 20 hours per week for 12 weeks; May to August 2024
What you will do:Under thesupervision of the Director of Administrative Coordination, the intern willparticipate in a number of projects related to business partnership with HR,IT, Finance and Program departments:
Assist in the auditing of our survey data bank
Conduct document crosswalk to catalog, format and update all organization wide documents for the purpose of building an Administrative Services handbook

Demonstrate good judgment and attention to detail
Proficiency in Office 365 including SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Survey Monkey preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest and acumen for software, systems and processes
Ability to plan and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines with minimal supervisory oversight, but can seek appropriate direction and guidance when needed.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management
Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills
Creative and positive mindset with the ability to think outside the box
