Nursing Assistant

Category/Shift/Hours per 2 week pay period: Part-Time /Nights / 48 scheduled hours per pay period Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village, a Diakon Senior Living Community --- Located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, Buffalo Valley is seeking skilled and caring individuals to be part of Diakon's Many Hands One Heart team.

Our community features a vibrant community of senior living homes, a personal care center and a skilled nursing and rehabilitative center.

Employees, including those in our 5-star rated nursing and rehab center have the option to purchase meals and snacks from our Grab 'n Go shop or café.

General Responsibilities: Provides individualized care to residents according to each resident's care plan.

Lifts, moves, transfers and transports residents.

Assists in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment.

Education/Training: Active PA Nurse Aide Certification required.

Experience: None required.

ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
