Job Description
Construction Management firm hiring assistant project managers. Must have 3-5 years of Construction Experience and be well versed in Architectural plans and MEP's.
The Assistant Project Manger’s responsibilities include;
· Maintaining compliance with Federal, State and Local requirements. – i.e. Site Set Up
· Ordering and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
· Handling the logistics of getting drawings printed, jobsite-office juggling and keeping physical copies of contract documents, project specs, etc. organized.
· Subcontractor Contracts & Vendor Purchase Order execution.
· Filing all key project documents.
· Monitor the exchange of submittals, RFIs and other key documents.
